What we collect When you order, we ask for your name, mobile number, delivery address and, if you like, your email. We need them to deliver the order and to reach you about it. If you create an account, we also keep your password, stored only as a one-way hash that cannot be turned back into the password, and the pieces you save to your wishlist. Without an account, your wishlist stays on your own device and never reaches us. Payment We take cash on delivery. No payment details are collected on this site. How we use it To prepare, confirm and deliver your order; to answer you about it; to show you your orders, saved address and wishlist when you sign in; and to keep the store safe (for example, limiting repeated sign-in attempts). We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send marketing you did not ask for. Cookies and analytics Essential cookies keep your bag and your sign-in working. With your permission we also record simple, first-party events, such as which products are viewed and when an order is placed, tied to a random session id, not to your name. There are no third-party trackers or advertising cookies on this site. The Cookies page lists every cookie and what it does, and you can change your choice there at any time. How long we keep it Orders and their delivery details stay as long as we need them for accounting and for exchanges. Bags that are never checked out are removed after 90 days of inactivity. Analytics events are deleted after 180 days, and sign-in attempt records after 30 days. An account stays until you ask us to close it. Your rights You can ask to see the details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete your account and its wishlist and saved address. Who can see it Only the people who run the store, and the courier for the address on a parcel. The site runs behind an admin area that requires a password, and every admin action is logged.
